Belagio reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where fraud or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Belagio:

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Deposits are usually instant, but may occasionally take up to 15 minutes to process.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on Belagio:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Belagio itself initiates the cancellation.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, Belagio reserves the right to void it.
• Belagio is not liable for any disconnection from live betting due to loss of internet connectivity.
• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Any betting activity linked to match-fixing or sports fraud will result in the immediate closure of the associated account.
• Belagio reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.

Belagio offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and maximum withdrawal limit.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be restricted to certain games or markets.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in forfeiture of all bonuses.
